Terms & Conditions – International Freight Forwarding

Scope of Services

We act as an international freight forwarder, arranging transportation of cargo by sea, air, road, or rail through
third-party carriers, agents, and logistics partners. We do not act as a carrier unless explicitly stated in writing.

Quotes & Pricing

All quotations are subject to change without prior notice unless confirmed in writing. Rates are based on the
information provided by the customer. Additional charges arising due to incorrect declaration, customs inspection,
storage, demurrage, detention, or handling fees will be billed to the customer.

Documentation & Compliance

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete commercial invoices, packing lists, HS codes,
and any other regulatory documents. We are not responsible for delays or fines caused by incorrect or incomplete
documentation.

Customs Clearance

Customs clearance is performed by us or appointed agents. Duties, taxes, port charges, inspection fees, and
other government levies are the customer’s responsibility. Customs delays are beyond our control.

Cargo Insurance

Cargo is not insured unless requested and confirmed in writing. Customers are advised to obtain comprehensive
cargo insurance to protect against loss, damage, or unforeseen events during transit.

Liability Limitations

We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by carriers, port authorities, customs, or third-party agents. Our
liability, if applicable, shall not exceed the value of forwarding fees paid or the applicable carrier liability laws,
whichever is lower.

Dangerous & Restricted Goods

The customer must declare all hazardous or restricted cargo. Non-declaration may result in cargo seizure, fines,
or legal liability, for which the customer is responsible.

Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full as per agreed terms. Late payments may attract interest or withholding of shipping
documents. Disputes must be reported within 7 days of invoice issuance.

Cancellation & Refunds

Bookings canceled after cargo handover are nonnrefundable. Refunds, where applicable, will be made after
deducting handling charges.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of
updated terms.
